Prospective Owners

Before You Build. . .

Welcome to Greystone! We are happy you are looking to become a new homeowner in our HOA.  We are very proud of our beautiful traditional style neighborhood, our friendly neighbors, and our rolling hills and large trees. You will enjoy this area as much as we do!

Before you begin the process of purchasing a Lot, designing your home, selecting a builder, and beginning the construction of your new home, there are some good things to know about the process. We have an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) that oversees the building process and the builder selection process in Greystone HOA. They will work with you and your approved builder to assure a seamless construction process.

The Architectural Review Committee has up to thirty (30) days to review your request to build a house in Greystone per the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs) beginning with the date of submission of all required review materials.

Do not schedule any work or begin any work prior to receiving your ARC approval. Also, do not sign a contract with any builder prior to approval.  No Lot clearing or modification of any type may be made to any Lot without the express written authorization from the ARC. In this way, we protect our magnificent trees and the overall aesthetics of Greystone. Once you have submitted your Architectural Review Application, you will be contacted by a member of the Greystone ARC to schedule a time to review your submission.

Return the Architectural Review Application form and any other information, including plans, drawings, photographs, materials lists, color palettes, or other items that will be necessary for the Greystone ARC review process to:
